Excellent fitness center available for guest use.

During our stay, we faced several inconveniences. The bathroom lighting was uncomfortably harsh, making it difficult to get ready without straining my eyes. Additionally, the water pressure was below expectations, leading to frustration while showering. Overall, these issues left us feeling disappointed about our experience.

The facilities and location excel, offering easy access to shopping. Staff are exceedingly friendly, providing genuine assistance despite some small hiccups during our stay.

A few amenities were unavailable during our visit, like the pool being locked at 8:00 a.m., leaving us disappointed.

Lobby was sparkling clean. staff very warm.

The staff was exceptional, quickly moving us to a quieter floor when they noticed we were outside the basketball tournament group. The facilities were clean, and having a Starbucks Cafe on-site was a nice touch, although food prices felt a bit high. While the request for a handicap-accessible room wasn’t fully accommodated due to availability, the overall experience was still pleasant, and I found the fresh, healthy dish options appealing.

A Pleasant Business Stay with Great Amenities

The staff were fantastic, especially Adrianna, who made check-in enjoyable. The on-site gym impressed me with its cleanliness, and the breakfast at the bistro kickstarted my mornings perfectly. Ensure to sleep in if possible to avoid early housekeeping knocks.

We enjoyed our stay with colleagues, particularly thanks to the lovely outdoor activities nearby, like ziplining that got us all pumped up. The staff were super friendly and we appreciated the ample seating in the lobby, making it a nice hangout spot.

My kids wished for more time to enjoy the water facilities.

The event space was excellent for our gathering, with Tricia Silva providing valuable suggestions that enhanced our brunch experience. The staff during the celebration were proactive and attentive, ensuring a seamless occasion. The food options were diverse and well-prepared, contributing to a memorable celebration. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of service provided.

However, the noise from other guests disrupted our rest, especially late into the night. Additionally, the request for a handicap-accessible room was not fully accommodated, as only limited options were available. These issues did detract from an otherwise pleasant experience.

I had a really nice stay with updated and clean rooms, and the breakfast options were tasty despite costing a bit extra. However, the heater was quite noisy throughout the night. I'd stay here again!

Wi-fi worked well. Luggage storage was convenient. Fitness center and indoor pool were nice, but parking was a hassle.
